CrossFit Kids Kawaihae "Keiki Waveriders" program began on April 2015!

 

Led by Certified Coaches Melissa Esaki and Tiffany Freitas we are all so excited for this opportunity to finally bring CrossFit to the Keiki of Kawaihae and abroad.

 

Boys and Girls ages 5-12 welcomed.
